Christine Dabadie-Fabreguettes lives in Brantes, a small village in the Provençal mountain, France.
She has first studied occidental drawing and painting at Jeanne Brun workshop in Bordeaux, France. Then she met the great Korean Master Lee Ung-No and took with him calligraphy and oriental painting training course. Now she is a teacher at Académie de Peinture Orientale de Paris founded by Ung-No Lee and carried on with In-Kyung Park and Young-Sé Lee.
Art trainer at the French Youth and Sports Ministry, she has taught drawing, painting and theatrical scenery.
She has exhibited her work in France, Spain, Korea, Thailand, USA. She got a special prize at the first "Seoul calligraphy Biennale 2005" and was invited artist to the "Seoul calligraphy Biennale 2008".
She created a dance and calligraphy play « Le Maître des signes » with Jambousier company, Avignon, France.
She is a member of Académie de Peinture Orientale de Paris, Art of Ink in America Society, Mulpa Contemporary Calligraphy Group Seoul, Abstract Calligraphy Group Seoul, Moukki group Paris.
She produced some publications in poetry and art revues and two books : Dialogues de l’encre et du pinceau with Claire Kito, Editions (You Feng Paris 2013) and Cueillir des simples poetry-painting, with Jacqueline Toumissin (Editions du Toulourenc 2009).
